1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Cancellation (Opt-Out)

  • To stop receiving text messages from a specific Program, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number or short code from which you received our message at any time.
  • Once we receive your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive texts from that specific Program.
  • Please note you may be subscribed to multiple Programs. You will need to text STOP (or one of the other keywords) to each number or short code if you wish to discontinue all SMS communications across all Programs.

4. Support

  • Please note that texting HELP or emailing us does not opt you out of the Program; opt-out requests must be sent as described in the Cancellation section.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

  • We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of messages, as this may be affected by your wireless service provider/network operator. We cannot guarantee message delivery at all times.

  • Using a false or misleading name or a name you are not authorized to use could result in being refused access to our Programs or potential legal action.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued participation in our Programs signifies your acceptance of any changes.
